This long gown has one shoulder and it is hand painted. Waist has a thick ruched waist band and one shoulder matching fabric overlay is gathered to give the illusion of the softness. The shoulder has one single hand painted flower where the fabric gathers on the top of the shoulder line. The center of the hand painting starts at the waist line and moves up and down on the garment. Great spring evening dress.
